The words of that song effortlessly describe New Day, a Texas based trio consisting of husband and wife teams Bob & Pam Reeves and Jim & Kelley Matthews. The histories of each vocalist are strikingly similar and have much in common.  After discovering the couples had very similar stories over dinner one evening, the couples formed an immediate bond and came to realize that God was using this precious friendship to heal past hurts and re-establish in their hearts the truth that loving each other really matters to Him.  In 2006, the group New Day was formed with Pam, Bob, and Kelley all taking on vocal duties, while Jim took over sound engineer responsibilities. God has continued to bless the ministry and New Day's willingness to serve him in whatever capacity they can exponentially in the last couple years.
